2. License

Use of Crasti is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“EULA”) or, on Android, the Google Play Terms of Service, supplemented by these terms.

3. Service

Crasti helps you collect postponed tasks and get them done one at a time. Your notes are stored only on your device. You are responsible for backing them up (for example through your device backup).

4. Crasti Pro

Crasti is free to download. After your first draw you need “Crasti Pro” to keep using it – as a one-time Lifetime purchase or as a monthly subscription. Both unlock the same features. Lifetime is a single payment with no subscription and no renewal; it belongs to the store account you bought it with, and you can use “Restore purchases” to bring it to other devices signed in to that account. New subscribers can try it free for two weeks; after that it costs the monthly price shown in the store. The subscription renews automatically for one month at a time unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your Apple or Google account settings. A free trial converts into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Without an active subscription your notes stay saved; with a new purchase or “Restore purchases” everything is back.

Purchases, billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.

5. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

6. Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Apple’s standard license agreement (EULA) applies. Open Apple EULA
